All monies that are still owed are due two weeks before kitten departure, if this is not paid and no other arrangements have been made u will lose all money applied and the kitten.
PURCHASER AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING:
Under no circumstances will this cat/kitten be sold, leased or given away,
or sold to any pet shop, research lab or similar facility.
This cat/kitten will be kept indoors and not be allowed to roam freely outside.

If purchased as a pet, Purchaser agrees to alter this cat/kitten before 9 months of age or within 30 days after purchase if this is an adult cat, and agrees and guarantees that this cat or kitten WILL NOT be used for stud or breeding.
Seller agrees to provide registration papers for this cat or kitten upon presentation of a veterinarian’s certificate of castrating or spaying. Yes: ____ No: ___
A deposit is required to reserve a kitten / cat. All kittens will be held in the order of deposits received. All deposits are non refundable.
If this cat/kitten is found to be neglected or mistreated, Purchaser will surrender said cat/kitten to Seller, unconditionally. If for some reason the kitten is not healthy enough at the time of departure, a replacement kitten will be issued. Seller has up to one year to provide a kitten that is of equal value. All fees associated with recovery of cat/kitten will be the responsibility of Purchaser including all court costs and attorney fees.

HEALTH GUARANTEE:
It is guaranteed for a period of 3 days from time of purchase (arrival) if vet-checked within that time. It is recommended that the new cat/kitten be in quarantine during this time. If it is found to be medically deficient with an untreatable or life-threatening problem, it must be reported to the seller immediately. Upon its return, it will be replaced with another cat/kitten of equal value. If no replacement is available at that time, Seller will have 12 months to furnish satisfactory replacement. The cat/kitten cannot be returned after the guarantee period has expired and/or if it has been exposed to another cat that has not been currently tested and found negative for FeLV, FIV, FIP or any other infectious disease. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to provide immediate veterinary care to any cat/kitten showing signs of illness or distress and failure to do so will render any guarantee null and void. Under no circumstances is a cat/kitten to be destroyed prior to notification by the Buyer to the Seller. If a cat/kitten dies within the guarantee period, despite medical treatment, compensation will be made ONLY if a veterinarian certifies the cause of death. It is the Sellers right to ask for kitten/cat to be returned for identification.
The warranty for death caused by congenital defects is one year. Should the cat die within that time as a direct result of a congenital defect, the price paid for the kitten will apply towards a replacement kitten with Emerald Beauties Cats or one of equal value will be given to Buyer. The cat will be replaced only if a licensed vet performs an appropriate autopsy and a vet’s certificate is provided as proof of cause of death. It is the Sellers right to ask for kitten/cat to be returned for identification.
This contract is legally binding to all parties involved. It applies only to the Buyer and Seller in this transaction and is non-transferable to other parties. All legal fees incurred in upholding this contract will be paid by the purchaser.
Buyer must be sure that the kitten will NOT be in contact with other cats that have not been tested and found negative for FeLV, FIV, FIP, or other infectious diseases. Failure to abide by this request nulls the contract and the kitten cannot be returned to Seller. Nobody can guarantee that a kitten does not have a corona titer. I have never had a case of FIP within my cattery. At present, there is no good test nor is there a proven vaccine . It’s a cruel and quick disease still not understood; nicknamed the purring disease as cats/kittens usually purr to the end. Please be responsible when introducing a new animal and don’t allow visiting feline friends into your home. Be sure everyone washes their hands prior to handling your cat/kitten. We want the best life possible for your new kitten.
